These trails will not disappoint. With 30 kilometers of groomed and track-set trails, the Anthony Lakes Nordic area is cross-country skier’s wonderland. The Nordic Outpost operates out of the Elkhorn Crest Trailhead parking lot, about ¼ mile before the main lodge parking lot. Rentals, trail passes, maps, and expert information are available at the outpost.
We all love our four-legged family members! For the safety of our guests and per our Rules of Use with the Forest Service, dogs are not allowed within the nordic trails and ski area. Dogs are welcome across the 73 Rd at the Mud Lake Loop. This is a multi-use loop, open to all activities, including your four-legged friends. Please clean up after your dog.
You can purchase a trail pass at the Nordic Outpost or at Ticket Booth at the main parking area.
You can purchase nordic and snowshoe rentals at the Nordic Outpost, only. They are not available at the main rental shop. The Nordic Outpost is located about a ¼ mile before Anthony Lakes Mountain resort off of Anthony Lakes Highway in the Elkhorn Crest Trailhead parking area.
