Parking at ALMR

A Sno-Park permit is required to park at Anthony Lakes Mountain resort from November 1 – April 30. Oregon Sno-Park fee revenue goes directly towards plowing and maintaining the road to the mountain. You may receive a fine for failing to display a Sno-Park permit on your dashboard while parked at Anthony Lakes or any other Sno-Park in Oregon. You can purchase an annual, day, or 3-day sno-park permit at the ticket booth at Anthony Lakes or one of the following locations.*

  • The Trailhead (Baker City)
  • Mountain Works (La Grande)
  • Blue Mountain Outfitters (La Grande)

*In addition, many local convenience stores in the area often sell these permits.

Parking is limited at Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort. Before driving 9 miles from the base of the mountain to the ski resort, please check the parking sign at the base of the hill. This sign will indicate if the parking lot is full, or if there is capacity.
