New pass numbers are generated when the information entered on a season pass application does not match the information we have on file. It is important to enter your name exactly the same way it appears on your pass, as well as to enter the same email and birthdate if you wish to keep the same pass number.
Our system is entirely email-driven. It will load all passes/records for everyone that is associated with your email. If someone in your family has a different email in their record, they will need to use that email login to view their online account. If you would like us to manually update any records with a new email address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
