  • Why was I assigned a new pass number?

    New pass numbers are generated when the information entered on a season pass application does not match the information we have on file. It is important to enter your name exactly the same way it appears on your pass, as well as to enter the same email and birthdate if you wish to keep the same pass number.

  • How do I access my online season pass holder account?
    1. Go to the online account portal here
    2. Sign into your account using the email associated with your application. Once you enter your email, a temporary password will be sent to that email. This email often gets caught in spam filters, please check your spam/junk folder.
    3. Enter the temporary password and follow the instructions to reset a permanent password
  • I’ve logged into my account but why don’t I see everyone in my family listed. Why?

    Our system is entirely email-driven. It will load all passes/records for everyone that is associated with your email. If someone in your family has a different email in their record, they will need to use that email login to view their online account. If you would like us to manually update any records with a new email address, please email us at dylan@anthonylakes.com.

  • I ordered a pass online or filled out a paper application. How do I receive my pass?

    Passes will be available for pickup at the ticket booth at the start of the season. In addition, ALMR may hold pass pick up parties or attend local ski swaps in order to give out passes. Watch our website for updates about special events where you can pick up your pass. Passes may also be available for pickup at The Trailhead in Baker City. Watch the Trailhead’s website and social media for updates on pass pick-up availability. 

    Passes will not be mailed out.

  • How will photos work this year? Can I take a new photo at the hill?

    Yes, pass holders will have the option to take a new season pass photo at the ticket booth. You may choose from one of the following photo options: 

    1. Email a headshot of yourself to dylan@anthonylakes.com
    2. Choose to use the old photo we have on file for you
    3. Take a new photo at the ticket booth
  • If I purchase a season pass in March, is it good for the rest of this season and ALL of next season?

    Yes.

  • What are season pass "debit funds" and how do I add them to a season pass?

    Season pass debit funds are monies you pre-load to your season pass for use anywhere on the mountain. You are able to use your season pass funds, just like cash, anywhere on the mountain. Simply tell the cashier your pass number during checkout.

    How to load funds onto a season pass:

    1. Go to the online account portal here.
    2. Sign into your account using the email associated with your application. Once you enter your email, a temporary password will be sent to that email. This email often gets caught in spam filters, please check your spam/junk folder.
    3. Enter the temporary password and follow the instructions to reset a permanent password
    4. Once you have logged into your account, scroll down to the season passes associated with your account and find the season pass you want to add funds to 
    5. Under “Actions” select “Add Funds” 
    6. Enter the amount of funds you would like added to your pass 
    7. On the top left-hand side of the page, select “Checkout” 
    8. After you have finished entering your payment information, you are all set.
