ALORA Structure & Endeavors

ALORA is governed by a board of directors who oversee the ALORA management team:

  • Peter Johnson, General Manager
  • Ian Warner, Mountain Manager
  • Chelsea Judy, Marketing Director and Controller

ALORA currently operates the ski area under a special use permit with the USDA Forest Service, and is the Forest Service concessionaire to manage both the Union Creek and Anthony Lake Campground Complexes in Baker County, Oregon.

ALORA also owns and operates The Trailhead Bike and Ski shop in downtown Baker City. In addition, ALORA manages the city-owned Quail Ridge Golf Course in Baker City.
