Thanks to a grant from the Eastern Oregon Visitors Association, Anthony Lakes collaborated with Union County Parks, MERA, and other key stakeholders to have the NE OR Tri County Destination Mountain Bike Plan written by C2 Recreation Consulting LLC. This plan addresses the current state of and future plans for destination mountain biking in the region and will serve as a guide for future development of mountain bike infrastructure.
