Anthony Lakes is proud to announce the Anthony Lakes Ski Racing Association (ALSRA) high school racers represented the Blue Mountain League at the OISRA State Ski Racing Championships last week at Mt. Ashland. ALSRA racers finished strong in a field of 250 other alpine racers.
Baker High Girls’ Team: Sofie Kaaen, Elizabeth Timm, Kate Hill, Kate Nilsen, Sage Cuzick
Baker High Boy’s Team: Chase Myatt, Ethan Hills, Zayne Hills, John Garcia
Imbler High: Kiana DeLint
Standout Performances:
- Slalom: Sofie Kaaen – 12th girls
- Giant Slalom: Sofie Kaaen – 15th girls, Chase Myatt – 20th boys
- Boys Combined Racing: Chase Myatt – 17th, Ethan Hills – 23rd
- Girls Combined Racing: Sofie Kaaen – 11th
Imbler High’s Kiana DeLint earned a spot at the U.S. Western High School Championships after placing 7th in GS, 9th in Slalom, and 9th overall.
