In early 2018, the United States Forest Service, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, awarded Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort concessions of two Recreation Complexes on the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. The Union Creek and Anthony Lake Recreation Complexes both include campgrounds, cabins, and day use areas. The complexes are operated under a special use permit.
