It’s design for individuals who have come to be creative and inspired in our arts incubator. Churchill is a hub for the arts in Eastern Oregon. This space is for the artistic person that wants to be immersed in place that is filled with creative energy. Stays are for a min of one week. So come be creative!

Good Bear Ranch

This, one of a kind, rustic log home tucked into the base of the Elkhorn Mountains is anything but rustic when it comes to amenities. It is a large (5200 Sq. Ft.) home located on 250 acres bordered by Wallowa Whitman National Forest. There is scenery, hiking, snowshoeing, and wildlife right out the backdoor. You are within minutes of The Elkhorn Trail and many Wilderness access options. Anthony Lakes ski area is 45 minutes away. It is a 12 mile trip into Historic Baker City.

Seven plus bedrooms and four baths accommodate up to 16 people.

Lone Wolf Lodge

Lone Wolf Lodge was built in 2011 and renovated in 2019. It is a quiet, remote, nature lover’s location inside the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, on the way up Dooley Mountain. Being in the National Forest it is easy access to logging roads and almost endless hiking trails. Bring your ATV, hike to your heart’s content, or drive to the top of the mountain and enjoy the view.

This adorable Mid Century Modern home has all the aesthetic features of yesterday and modern features of today. One level, original hardwood floors, updated kitchen and revitalized furniture from the 50 & 60’s. Three bedrooms, two baths, family room, covered patio, fire pit, spacious backyard, garage and extra parking.

Mid-Century Modern Time Capsule Near Downtown!

Built in 1951 with only one owner in 71 years, this is mid-century Americana. In its restoration, the only thing we’ve added is air conditioning from its 1950 debut. Two queen beds and the best of mid century built ins, as well as a mix of authentic MCM antique furniture and decor along with stylized modern takes will house two couples comfortably- or a family of three to four. The house is mere blocks away from Barley Brown’s & Main.

Old School Bike/Ski Hostel – The Ace of Spades Bunk

The Churchill Bike/Ski Hostel is located in the former elementary school, built in 1925. Baker City is on the Trans American Cycling route in beautiful eastern Oregon. The hostel is $35 per night per bed. People traveling by bicycle can request a cyclist discount. The space is a dormitory setting with 4 bunk beds & comfortable memory foam mattresses, crisp, clean sheets and privacy curtains for each guest. There is coffee & tea, a small refrigerator & microwave in the room.

Pine Creek Mountain Escape

Located on the slopes of the Elkhorn mountains on a quiet country road, our country home is a great getaway.

It is located 20 minutes away from fun downtown Baker City with its restaurants and shops, and just 30-40 minutes from Anthony Lakes for winter sports and summer fun.

The property consists of a mixed fir and pine forest with meadows. Seasonal Pine Creek runs through it, perfect for walks and snowshoeing. Deer and wild turkeys frequent the property.
